Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be made through our official website, contact number, or authorized channels.
Bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.
Customers will receive a confirmation SMS or email upon successful booking.
Fares & Payments
- Fares are calculated based on distance, time, vehicle type, and any additional services requested.
- Toll charges, parking fees, and interstate taxes (if applicable) are charged separately.
- Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or other available online payment methods.
- Full or partial advance payment may be required for outstation or long-duration bookings.

Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time to avoid charges.
- Last-minute cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.
Vehicle Usage
- The vehicle must be used only for the purpose it is booked for.
- Overloading passengers or luggage beyond permitted capacity is strictly prohibited.
- Customers are responsible for their personal belongings; the company is not liable for lost items.Â
Driver Conduct
- All our drivers are verified, trained, and instructed to behave professionally.
- Any misconduct by the driver must be reported immediately to our support team.

Customer Conduct
- Customers are expected to treat the driver and vehicle with respect.
- Smoking, drinking alcohol, or engaging in illegal activities inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Delays & Liabilities
- We strive to provide timely service, but are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- The company is not responsible for missed flights, trains, or appointments due to delays not in our control.

Acting Driver Service
- Acting driver service includes only driving the customer’s vehicle.
- The company is not responsible for any vehicle malfunction or fuel during acting driver service.
- Customers must ensure their vehicle is insured and roadworthy.

Privacy & Data
- Customer data is collected only for booking and communication purposes and is never shared with third parties without consent.
Modifications to Terms
- The company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on our website.
